NYTTF Neighborhood Parking

Parking on the side streets, such as 37th Street near our building is sometimes available. 
These streets are metered from 8AM-7PM Except Sunday, and have a 2-hour limit,
and the rates are $1.25 for 1 hour, $3.25 for 2 hours.

There is abundant parking under the elevated #7 train on Queens Blvd.
at the rate of $1.50/ hour 7AM-10PM Except Sunday
